With this Easy Wedding Flower option, the flowers you have on your special day are just as beautiful and are designed in the same gardenesque style as our bespoke flowers, but you have fewer decisions to make, leaving the design up to us. Our florist decides on the flowers and exact colours/combinations on the day and, because we retain the control over the blooms chosen, we can purchase in a more cost effective and sustainable manner and keep the costs down.
While you have less input into the final look of the flowers, we still do our best to work with your preferences, and of course, any cultural or religious considerations.
Order your wedding flowers now and pay for them two weeks before the special day. Place your order and step all the way through the checkout - select "pay later" from the payment options provided. We confirm your order with you two weeks out (just to check we have the correct details and you haven't made any changes) and then on the date you provide to us (i.e. your wedding day) we deliver the flowers to one location. If you have ceremony or reception flowers included in your order, you will then need to make arrangements to transport them to your chosen location and set them up. Ready? If you want to order a wedding bouquet that is a little more complex (like a trailing bouquet) then we recommend our custom wedding flower design service. The cost savings with Easy Wedding Flowers is achieved through offering regular-sized bouquets that are styled beautifully but simply and economically: a no-fuss alternative.
To keep it simple (for us) and inexpensive (for you) we ask you for your general preferences when ordering, with the understanding that we will use the flowers, colours and combinations that we can source easily, inexpensively, and that look best on the day. It will be a lovely surprise!
Where you have ordered several items, we will use the same flower combinations throughout to ensure a seamless look for your wedding flowers.
We don't ribbon the flowers before delivery (or the ribbon will get wet). We ask you to purchase your own ribbons and tie the bouquets yourself when ready (usually when everyone is dressed and ready to go).
Instead of delivering your bridal party flowers to you, and then delivering (and installing) the ceremony and reception flowers separately, which is what we would do for a custom-designed wedding, we do ONE delivery to one Canberra address. Then it's over to you, and your friends and family - you will be responsible for getting the flowers to where they need to be. Alternatively, you can arrange to pick the flowers up directly from our studio in Dunlop, ACT, and save on the delivery fee.
We understand that not everything can be planned for and unforeseen circumstances arise, especially in the course of planning a wedding. If you need to change the details of your order, please contact us and we will assist you. Otherwise, we offer a full refund for purchases made, preferably with at least 14 days notice before the delivery/wedding date. If cancellation falls within 7 and 4 days before the delivery date, we may need to retain a fee of up to 35% if expenses have already been incurred for your order. If cancelling 4 days or less before the delivery date, we may retain a fee of 75% of your order less the delivery fee (if applicable) as we may have already incurred significant overheads and received perishable stock (which cannot be returned to wholesalers).
